The Cartismea gallery arises from the eclectic fantasies of Manuela Borzi, digital
designer. Always passionate about art and committed to bringing her creations to life on
canvas; Manuela has found in digital a new ideal means of expression thanks to which
reproduce, through his compositions, fantastic scenarios by combining elements and
textures, shapes and colours, settings and atmospheres and giving life to wall-coverings that
they break the barrier that delimits the real world from that of the imagination.
Going beyond the concept that wallpaper is solely a decorative covering,
Manuela Borzi's photocollages tell a story where nothing is linked to chance but
every choice is part of a fantastic journey in which everything appears achievable.

“For each creation I catapult myself into the environment that
takes shape. Each of us has the opportunity to travel,
even just with the mind, and it can be a fantastic journey,
where everything is possible. As I process my papers it happens to me,
sometimes, to get emotional. For some I imagine the world that
I would like to, for others I simply let my creativity flow
you work for me.”
